Visit our Contact Support page or email apexpettransport09@gmail.com. To give you an accurate quote we need:

  • Type of pet, breed, age and approximate weight
  • Pickup and destination city and country
  • Your preferred travel date
  • Whether your pet already has a microchip and rabies vaccination

As early as possible. Domestic trips usually need a few weeks to arrange. International moves can take several months, because some countries require a waiting period after rabies vaccination or a blood test before a pet can enter.

The main factors are your pet's size and crate dimensions, the distance and route, airline or ground transport rates, the paperwork your destination requires, and the season. Your written quote will list every cost up front.

Please see our Terms of Services for full details, or contact us before booking if you have questions.

Requirements depend on the countries and airline involved, but most journeys need:

  • Microchip, usually ISO-standard
  • Rabies vaccination certificate
  • Health certificate from a licensed vet, issued within the allowed window before travel
  • Import permit, for some destinations

Always confirm the current rules with the official government authority for your route. Our Shipping Guidelines page has more detail.

Your pet must be able to stand up, turn around and lie down naturally. Airlines follow the IATA Live Animals Regulations, which also require a sturdy frame, secure door, ventilation on several sides and water access. Measure your pet standing, from nose to base of tail and floor to top of head, before choosing a crate.

Generally no. Most airlines and veterinary organisations advise against sedation, because it can affect breathing and balance at altitude. Talk to your vet about safe ways to keep your pet calm, such as crate training well before the trip.

Short-nosed (brachycephalic) breeds such as Bulldogs, Pugs and Persian cats are more prone to breathing problems, and many airlines restrict them in cargo. Contact us early so we can check which options are available for your pet's breed and route.

A light meal a few hours before departure is usually recommended, with water available. Follow your vet's advice, especially for young, elderly or diabetic pets.

Go to our Track page and use the reference number from your booking confirmation. If you can't find it, email us and we'll help.

Sometimes. Small pets may be allowed in the cabin, and some airlines let larger pets fly in the hold on the same flight as their owner. Rules vary by airline and route, so ask us when you request a quote.

For international trips, your pet may need to clear customs or a veterinary check at the destination airport before release. We'll explain the arrival steps for your route in advance so you know where and when to collect your pet.

Pet shipping scams are common, so it's smart to check any company, including us:

  • Ask for a written quote that lists all costs before you pay
  • Be cautious if you're asked to pay with gift cards, cryptocurrency or wire transfers to an individual
  • Be very wary of new, unexpected fees once a pet is "in transit", such as insurance, crate upgrades or customs penalties
  • Look the company up independently, outside its own website

In the U.S. you can report suspected scams to the FTC and check the BBB Scam Tracker.

Payment terms are set out in your written quote and our Terms of Services. If anything about a payment request seems unclear, email us before you pay.
